Caring Minds Health Services LLC was established in 2019 with the goal of becoming a leading provider of Home and Community-Based Services. Since its inception, the company has been committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need of their vital services. Operations officially commenced on January 8, 2019, following certification by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), a Managed Care Organization funded by AHCCCS/ALTCS.

This certification marks the company’s compliance with rigorous standards in the healthcare industry, allowing it to provide high-quality, person-centered care to its clients.
